Every miEventto feature

Twelve connected modules covering the full event, from first call to final invoice.

miEventto is not a calendar with reminders or a better-looking spreadsheet. It is an operating system for event companies: twelve modules sharing one database, so the quote your client approves becomes an event, the event reserves inventory, that inventory triggers purchase orders, and those orders end up reflected in your margin and your invoice. This page explains what each module does and how it connects to the rest.

The 12 modules, one by one

Dashboard

The executive dashboard brings monthly sales, pipeline quotes, upcoming events, overdue collections and team commissions onto a single screen that refreshes itself. Instead of requesting reports or exporting spreadsheets, you open miEventto in the morning and know exactly where you need to step in today.

Events

Every event gets a single file: timeline, assigned staff, floor layout, contracted vendors, inventory leaving the warehouse, signed contract, payments received and invoices issued. When something changes the whole team sees it instantly, with no competing versions of the same document circulating over email.

Quotes

Build professional quotes in minutes: line items with historical pricing, discounts, taxes and payment terms, branded with your own logo. The AI analyzer reads the client's brief and drafts the breakdown; you adjust it, send a link or PDF, and receive the signed approval back.

Clients / CRM

A CRM built for events, with a HubSpot-style record per client: company logo detected automatically, a timeline with emails, quotes, events and payments, follow-up tasks, trade references and salesperson assignment. Nothing falls through the cracks when someone on the team goes on vacation.

Inventory

Track furniture, tableware, tents, audio and everything you rent out: availability by date, rental price, photos, physical condition and check-out and return orders. Before committing to a date you know whether those 300 chairs are free or already assigned to another event that weekend.

Explore module

Purchase orders

Issue purchase orders to vendors straight from the event, with deposits, balances and commissions calculated automatically. Payment terms are clear from signature: 50% on signing and 50% the Friday after the event, with reminders and receipts attached to every movement recorded.

Explore module

E-invoicing

Issue CFDI 4.0 e-invoices from miEventto via factura.com. Income, payment complements, credit notes and automatic stamping.

Explore module

QR check-in

QR check-in software for events: register guests from your phone, control access in real time and get per-event attendance reports the moment doors close.

Explore module

Event layouts

Design the venue layout with tables, chairs, dance floor and stage. Share with client and vendors. Ideal for weddings and banquets.

Explore module

Fleet vehicles

Fleet management for events: logbook, maintenance, services and photos for trucks, vans and forklifts, with automatic email reminders before every service.

Explore module

Event staff

Event staff management: register crew per event with ID, tax number, shifts and notes, then export a branded printable PDF for your on-site operations team.

One flow, not twelve disconnected tools

The value is not in having many modules, but in having them connected. When a quote is marked approved, miEventto automatically creates the event with its dates, records the sale, reserves the quoted furniture in inventory and generates follow-up tasks for the deposit. That chain removes the triple data entry your team does today in Excel, in chat and on paper, which is exactly where data disappears and invoicing errors are born.

Commercial modules versus operations modules

Dashboard, client CRM, quotes and WhatsApp form the commercial block: they attract, follow up and close. Events, inventory, layouts, staff, fleet and QR check-in form the operations block: they make setup day predictable. Purchasing and e-invoicing close the financial loop. Most companies start with the commercial block, because the payback is immediate, and add operations as simultaneous events grow.

Role-based permissions for the whole team

Every module respects the platform's five roles. Owners see full profitability; managers handle clients, quotes and vendors; sales reps work only their assigned portfolio; operations sees setups, staff and inventory without costs or commissions; auditors get read-only access to review files. You can open the system to your entire team, including temporary crew, without exposing margins, salaries or company bank details.

Which modules each plan includes

Every module is available from day one, including during the free trial: we do not sell features à la carte or charge extra to switch on invoicing or check-in. What changes between plans is volume (team users, events, quotes and invoices per month) and support level. You can review the exact limits, compared side by side, on the pricing page before deciding where to start.

Frequently asked questions

Which modules does miEventto include?

miEventto includes twelve modules: executive dashboard, events, quotes, client CRM, rental inventory, purchasing and vendors, contracts, collections and payments, invoicing, logistics and fleet, staff and payroll, and QR check-in. All twelve miEventto modules are enabled on every paid plan and share the same database, so an approved quote creates the event, reserves inventory and opens the payment schedule without double entry.

Can miEventto modules be purchased separately?

miEventto modules are not sold separately: all twelve are included in the Starter, Pro and Business plans. miEventto charges by usage limits — team users, events, quotes and invoices per month — rather than by feature, because the modules depend on each other: invoicing needs the quotes, and collections needs the contracts and payments recorded on the event.

What integrations does miEventto have?

miEventto integrates with Gmail and Google Contacts for email and client records, Google Calendar for the event calendar, Google Maps and Places for venues and addresses, WhatsApp Business for client messaging, Mercado Pago and Stripe for online payments, Factura.com for CFDI 4.0 stamping, Mailchimp for campaigns and Meta Lead Ads for lead capture. miEventto also exposes an MCP server so AI assistants can query the account's data.

What artificial intelligence features does miEventto have?

miEventto brings artificial intelligence to the quote analyzer, which reads the client brief and drafts the line-item breakdown; to vendor and venue search, which enriches records with public data; and to the internal assistant, which answers questions about the account's own events, quotes and collections. The AI features in miEventto are included in the paid plans and require no external provider key.

Do the miEventto modules work from a phone?

Every miEventto module works from a phone through the browser, with no separate app to install. QR check-in in miEventto is built specifically for staff phones at the event door, and the logistics, inventory and collections modules let crews record warehouse check-outs, deliveries and payments from the load-in site, with changes visible to the rest of the team instantly.

How does miEventto control who can see each module?

miEventto controls access to each module with five roles: superadmin, admin, manager, team and auditor. A team-role user in miEventto sees their events and quotes but not payroll or bank details; an auditor reviews event files and reports without editing them; and the account superadmin decides which modules each invited person can see, with no member ever able to reach another company's data.
