miEventto costs from 29 USD per month on the Starter plan, 79 USD on Pro and 199 USD on Business, and any of the three works for events. Every paid miEventto plan includes all twelve modules — CRM, AI quoting, inventory, purchasing, invoicing, QR check-in, layouts, staff, fleet and WhatsApp; what changes is the number of users and the monthly volume of events, quotes and invoices. Annual billing is charged as ten monthly payments, which works out to two months free.

miEventto is implemented the same day: you create the account, load your catalog and start running events with no setup fee. miEventto imports clients, inventory, suppliers and quotes from Excel or CSV files through a wizard that lets you map every column before confirming. There is no implementation charge and no lock-in contract, and the seven-day free trial does not ask for a credit card.

miEventto includes 1 user on Starter, 5 users with roles on Pro and unlimited users on Business, and it issues Mexican CFDI 4.0 electronic invoices on every paid plan. miEventto generates the invoice straight from the quote or the event, using the tax ID, CFDI usage code and tax regime stored in your company settings. Roles (admin, manager, team and auditor) make sure each teammate only sees what concerns them.

miEventto is a cloud platform and needs an internet connection to sync events data in real time. At venues with weak signal a mobile phone hotspot is enough, because QR check-in and platform lookups use very little bandwidth. For critical operations, miEventto lets you print guest lists, layouts and work orders as PDFs before the event as a paper backup.
