miEventto.com offers a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, with no conditions or exceptions.

14-day refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with miEventto.com, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase. We will refund to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email camargo@chorcha.com from the address registered to your account. No justification is required. Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle.com (Merchant of Record) and may take 3 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation, no further charges will be made and you will keep access to the service until the end of the billing period already paid.
