These Terms govern access to and use of miEventto. By creating an account or using any of our services you fully accept what is described herein.
0. Service provider
The miEventto service is operated by miEventto.com (hereinafter 'miEventto.com', 'we' or 'the Company'). Any reference to 'miEventto' in these Terms shall be understood to refer to miEventto.com as the entity responsible for the service.
1. Acceptance
By registering with miEventto.com, you state that you have legal capacity to contract and accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Account & security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed from your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Subscription & payments
Plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; service will continue until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
It is forbidden to use miEventto for illegal activities, send spam, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to compromise platform security.
5. Intellectual property
The software, brand and content of miEventto are our property. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the platform.
6. Limitation of liability
miEventto is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss derived from use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app at least 15 days in advance when changes are material.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
