Data we collect
Account data (name, email, company), payment data (processed by Paddle), usage information, and data uploaded by you as the end user.
How we use it
To deliver the service, bill, provide support, improve the platform and send you operational communications. We never sell your data.
Sharing with third parties
Only with strictly necessary providers (hosting, payments, email) under confidentiality agreements. We do not share for marketing purposes.
Security
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), daily backups, role-based access control and periodic audits.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, object, port or delete your data by writing to privacy@mieventto.com.
Retention
We keep data while your account is active and up to 24 months afterwards for tax obligations.
