Annual billing is charged as ten monthly payments. Prices exclude local taxes.
The annual plan is billed as ten monthly payments, so you get two months free compared with paying month to month. If your operation is already steady and you produce events year-round, annual is the obvious choice. If your business is highly seasonal or you are just migrating from spreadsheets, start monthly: you can switch to annual anytime and the credit is applied to the new period automatically.
Limits are monthly and reset with your billing cycle. If you reach the cap on events, quotes or invoices, the platform warns you before blocking anything and offers an upgrade prorated for the remaining period. We never delete or hide your information: records already created stay accessible, even if you choose to stay on the same plan until next month.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude local taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your country. You can pay by credit or debit card and receive a receipt for the subscription. If you need a Mexican tax invoice with specific tax ID and usage code, load them in your company settings before the first charge and they will apply to every later receipt.
There is no forced contract and no cancellation penalty: service continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account switches to read-only. Before leaving you can export clients, quotes, events and invoices in standard files, because the data is yours. That is also why we charge no setup fees: we would rather keep you through results than exit barriers.

No. You create your account, use the full platform for seven days and only add a payment method if you decide to continue on a paid plan.
Yes, at any time and from inside the platform. Upgrading charges the prorated difference; downgrading takes effect on your next billing cycle.
There is no per-seat add-on: each plan includes a set number of team members. If you need more than five, the Business plan includes unlimited users.
